Where can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note; you need to purchase a tracked service at the checkout to qualify, standard airmail does not come with a tracking option.

Where is my order?
If you selected regular mail as your choice of shipping please wait 7 days for UK orders and 15 days for international orders before contacting us as this could just be a general postal delay. If you selected a faster shipping method, or this time has passed please drop us a message. 

How much is shipping and how long does it generally take?
Shipping times vary by country, shipping service & Weight. Please go here to check out our shipping details.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.
All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations.

Can I cancel an order I just placed?
Simply let us know as soon as possible - via email or contact us form. Unfortunately, once an item has been processed you can no longer cancel your order so let us know ASAP.

Can I Amend my order after I've placed it?
If you notice you have ordered an incorrect size or colour please let us know as soon as possible via email or contact form so we can send the correct items to you. If your order has been processed unfortunately there is nothing we can do. 

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept any major credit card or PayPal. All payments are done on a secure page, through paypal checkout and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties.
